MikeMN42 1 Posted October 27, 2017 Share Posted October 27, 2017 I am confused. Do I really need to remove say 6.3... antivirus before updating to 6.62052 say for example? However, if a user is having issues, I recommend installing the latest version from scratch as it could be some custom settings that are causing it.
