BeeBee 0 Posted September 17, 2017 Share Posted September 17, 2017 I use ESET Smart Security (ver 10.1.219.0) on a Windows 7 Home Basic platform. I've previously had no problem using Banking and Payment protection, but suddenly ESET tells me that Banking and Payment Protection is non-functional, showing the button on the left side of a red bar. When I try to change this, a pop-up appears "Disabling will stop automatic protection", almost suggesting that automatic protection is running. I can find no place in the software to remedy this, and a quick look through the forum did not reveal any similar problems. Any suggestions? BUT, after a couple of days of the problem, in the last 15 minutes or so the problem has mysteriously rectified itself! However, as a matter of interest, what could have caused this, and in future, could it be that I must just sit it out for a while? Thanks for your quick response Marcos.
