Problems with Thunderbird

I have Windows 7 Professional 64-bits, Thunderbird 52.2.1 and Eset Internet Security

I have 10 IMAP mail accounts with SSL / TLS that communicate over port 993.

The problem is that every time Thunderbird is started and the mail is downloaded, the following window appears  


even if the security exception is permanently confirmed.

The Thunderbir certificate configuration is like the one that appears in the capture



and the Eset configuration the next



How can I fix the problem?

I've deleted Eset Internet Security and installed Comodo Firewall, Avast Free Antivirus and Bitdefender Anti-Ransomware. All free programs and works perfectly.
