Signatures of linux viruses

Hello,

I have a samba server between windows and linux machines.
The linux version of eset is able to scan linux files but also windows files and therefore has the signatures of both OS (which is the case of all antivirus on linux)

But what about the windows version of eset internet security? Does it have linux signatures in the case of files moving from windows to linux?
