Lost Windows profile after reboot

Hello from the Eset Endpoint Antivirus installation on my network made up of pc 100, randomly when pcs restart, the Windows user profile is blank, it is even not temporary but all empty.
(The profile is blank and it is impossible to recover or retrieve the data)

Someone you already had this problem or idea for solve thanks in advance.
