Dear ESET Technical Support, I recently receive warning in Main my ESET Internet Security 11 that ESET Live Grid is not accesible, a warning explain this could be due to an outage or a problem with the network connection. However when I check my internet connection there are not a problem so far as I can visit & open the ESET web address as per screen shot side by side chrome opened & ESET Main GUI attached Please advise accordingly. Thanks for the reply, I thinks it seems a bug as with the previous version (10.1.235.0) after I choose "Scan Now" in the pop up menu bring to the Scan Progress GUI no need I click on "Computer Scan"

Dear ESET Technical Support, I just make scanning a USB Flash using the pop up in ESET Internet Security 11 menu then the scanning began, unfortunately the GUI (Graphical User Interface) didn't change to Scanning Tab however the GUI still in main Tab as per attached screen shot. Dear ESET, I have read the summary of Performance Test from AV-Comparatives that ESET has got the award as Advance + in Performance Test for September 2017 Edition, however I little bit confuse is it true that the product version participate in this test is ESET Internet Security 11, as known that this version not yet release for commercial, however as at beta version. Dear all, I have received the patch update of my ESET Internet Security to version 10.1.235.0 through to manual update in ESET Internet Security page, this update to solve the issue that the ESET Internet Security the status is 'Not Available" in Windows Deffender Security when user update to Windows Fall Creator (RS3) 1709, and probably for the ESET Banking & Payment, with this patch update the default browser automatically change to Secure Browser when the user visit the web address which has set up in ESET Banking & Payment. Yes, It's seems that ESET Banking Protection not working properly in Google Chrome ver 62 the "Eset Secured" banner not automatically appear on the top, you must minimize & then maximize the browser then it will be appear, however the automate Banking Protection didn't working when you visit the address which already setting up in the ESET Banking & Payment menu, it didn't changed the browser to Secured Browser.
