The phenomenon double ESET Main GUI have fixed it, however I still got another phenomenon as reported it before "Rapidly double updating activity", for clear what look like I cannot attach the screen video clip here, any suggestion how to show the video screen clip here? Please advise if is it normal? Awaiting a respond from ESET Technical support.

I got the update through during through "Check for updates...", I think is better I should update through clean install. Probably this phenomenon during update the patch in version 11. Thanks all.

I just recently check the Task Manager and I found there are two ESET Main GUI as per attached screen shot, and also when check for update there also two times the program check the update rapidly, whether is it normal ? For the information I'm using ESET Internet Security 12.0.27.0. Awaiting the explanation. B/regards,

The update to new version also update the "The Cleaner Module", HIPS, Anti Spam, and Performance.

I got the update to version 12.0.27.0 through overlay update module, so far working well, and think with this way you don't need to re-setup the program as well as no need to recognized/rename again the devices in your home network.

Unfortunately in app.purchase, just to tracking the locator should spend the extra money. I saw another application bundled with track locator can use their own web base.

Dear ESET, 1. Please advice how to tracking phone location of my phone in My ESET web menu (MY ESET.COM) instead of use SMS Command, as I didn't found in My ESET menu. 2. When tracking using SMS Command there are many reply at least 3 SMS reply, for me is it not efficiently as it will drain my SMS Quota (as well as If I didn't have anymore quota I cannot tracking my child phone), therefore I prefer to use MY ESET.COM menu, unfortunately I didn't found a Realtime menu command. Dear All, I didn't using a Router but only modem with Wifi that I already have the strong password. However when I check it in the maps all activity from this phone have blocked. This smartphone came from a technician of my provider when setting up a problem in my connection, probably a technician has turn WPA key in my Modem for him allow to connect it. B/regards,

Dear all, I just wonder that someone have a smartphone with Linux OS can connect to my Home Network with strong password, that indicated in My EIS Home Network Maps, the smartphone Icon appeared with yellow star, and when I checked it several activities were blocked. My question why this smartphone can entrance to my Wifi Router with Password and this smartphone can take over my Home Network if I shutdown the computer (EIS can't monitor it). Please inform with current version of EIS 11.2.49.0 would be compatible with incoming Windows 10 RedStone 5 (RS5), just to avoid a trouble when user update to this version of Windows such as bluescreen and etc. Thanks & B/regards,

I don't know is it to earlier or not as I just click on the google drive icon, then the Apps Lock look like not consistence sometimes the running well soon after I click it, probably Apps Lock delay to cover the google drive. Yes I set to re-locks after the screen off.

Dear ESET Technical Support, My ESET App Lock seems not working properly to lock Google Drive App, as I can open it without request the PIN code to open, even I have locked it (in ESET Mobile Security status was locked it). Dear ESET Technical Support, Recently I install ESET Mobile Security Premium, I have a trouble to on Demand check the location of my phone in My Eset.com under Anti Theft menu, as I didn't find to on check the location instead of use Anti Theft Test and SMS Command. Please advice me how to check the location by on demand, and please inform whether ESET Mobile Security give a report such as location during in periods time instead of when the low battery.
