    I have upgraded all our companies Macs to macos 13 Ventura, since then the problem is gone.

    Has this been resolved? What did support tell you. Having the same issue on 2 Macintosh machines (macmini9,1 with m1 processor, macOS 11 (Big Sur)). Current agent version is 10.0.3091.0.
