I have the ESET Smart Security Premium license/version installed on Windows. When the license expires and I buy the new ESET Home Security Premium license/version. Can I just activate/renew it with the ESET Home Security Premium license/version? Does both software have any differences and should I download ESET Home Security Premium and do fresh install or just renew my current install with ESET Home Security Premium license?

Is there a way to manually add an app to be excluded/whitelisted from real time scans? I cant find it anywhere to do it. Thanks in advance.

At ESET website I can see ESET Home Security also covers iOS devices. Does ESET for iPhone like with Android exist? I cant find ESET Antivirus protection app on App Store.

I think I may have deleted that log file information before I collected the logs. I will do a new scan and then using ESET log collector and will send it to you via PM. Yes im getting an alert that points to "c:\documents and settings". I created an exclusion to the file located in this path: "c:\users". I will take a screenshot and send it to you. When doing a scan and it finds a file that it warns me about it wont respect when im telling it to be excluded or ignored. It just put it to quarantine. Then after scanning is done I try to restore those files but it tells me it cant be restored. I have to manually restore it to another location and THEN put those files to its folder. I dont want to do this everytime I do a scan. It should respect that those files are excluded and be ignored from being put to quarantine and deleted.

I have a friend that runs latest ESSP. I helped him add a few files to be excluded from detection but everytime he runs a scan it put those files to quarantine. I cant even restore those files in quarantine either. I get a message that the files cant be restored to where they belong. It can be restored ONLY to another place but not to where they belong. I have the same setup on my own PC and there is no problem here. My question is why does ESSP put those files that are excluded from detection put in quarantine? How do I help him to fix this? Thanks in advance

Got it. Thanks. By the way, the AMD link you posted is for overclocking? I dont need it then because I use Control Center software mostly for FAN control so I would not need to download it? -
PUA found

Thanks for the reply. There was no new update from AMD Control Center so I did a clean install of the program but it still detects it. This is what I gathered from log file. Removed this when got detected upon installation: C:\Program Files (x86)\ControlCenter\AMDF13C.tmp;Win64/AMD.A Occurred on a new file created by the program: C:\Users\Administratör\AppData\Local\Temp\{3B25E1EA-51CE-4BAB-8F19-406A458C925E}\setup.exe(E8097A19212621C551CABDB7D318ADC6A2B42721).;0646729BBA0B6D3018E31A5B5F918CC0443FED18 Added this to quarantine: C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\acpibridge1.inf_amd64_cedafa39846f03cf\AMDRyzenMasterDriver.sys;Win64/AMD.A Should I leave it this way or should I restore it from quarantine and create a detection exclusion and a detection name? -
ESET detected PUA as you can see in the picture. What is happening? What should I do? Ignore or clean?
