Hi Dears, In One of our projects that have Mail Security For Exchange we enable SPF checking because we receive too much spam but Even Emails that revived from Gmail that Send by Iphone will rejected as you see at screenshot below: In This Test case we send a email from an Iphone with Iphone's Mail Application , You can see that iphone Ip address is detected and Rejected by SPF . in this week many of our email are rejected by SPF.

Yes the problem is solved and now the error of detection of x86/x64 OS platform is correct.

Again in another project this problem happened ! in 50% of projects when we upgrade using task the old version remain in program list. If we uninstall it the console will remov and we must install it again manually.

In this case we use offline repository that is created Yesterday. 2018/11/16 witch has bootstrapper_era v2.0.35.0 . Is there any new bootsrapper in repository ?

Hi dears. Last month we report that All in one packages show wrong errors and we still have this problem in new release of ESMC : For Example when user install 32b Packages at a 64b server it will show the malware error. We think that these errors must be fixed in this release.

After Upgrading console File Security EGUI display a windows update alert ( While the update is disabled in policy) We click dismiss and this error remain. For first problem we uninstall old version from uninstall task and it removed !!! For second problem we upgrade FS to newest version and the alert removed. But it seems that these are bugs .

Hi Dears We upgrade the console woth Task From 7.0.553 to 7.0.577 There is 2 problem : 1- Agent is still report that both server version is installed. 2- Windows update error will not clear in alerts while we disable Windows update via policy.

Cloud protection is empty in Advanced settings. Fresh installation will solve the problem. in This case we do not know the version of V11.

Dear ESET admins, We see this problem in some PCs that upgraded from V11 to V12 automatically by Component update. The problem is that allow or do not allow is not working ! is This a bug reported for V12 or s.th els ?

We find the problem , Because V5 Firewall is set to Automatic mode , This Alert will be show. When we set the fire wall to Automatic with Exceptions it will be work find. Question 1 : How can we enable Automatic with Exceptions with ESCM 7 in V5 ? Question 2 : Why The Alert section for V5 PCs is empty while they have alerts.

Hi Dears. In one of our ESET project we are migrating from V5 to V7 but in some PCs we have just 512 MB of RAM because it is a health care center. So we can not migrate to V5 , in These PCs when we apply Firewall Rules (For Example fot Radmin ) they will be orange with the Error : " Product is not connected. No connection attempt occurred. " and also we can not see the Error in Alerts section as you can see in the picture below.

Hi dears, We have problem in clearing Rogue list in ESMC7 . In this network we have 4 Servers that they had rogue detection before and right now there ins no RD Sensor installed on them, So when we send Reset RD Task, it will failed and we can not clear the Rogue List. What We can do ? Also Those servers are not available so we can install RD sensor and then send Reset task. Can we delete Rogue in SQL database and with table can we clean ?

Yes , in This case Sq12R2 is the system that ESMC & RDSensor is installed. We think that the report is wrong and they must use Report: Rogue Computers instead to have Add computer option.

Hi dear ESET Admins. We find a strange problem in V7 Rogue Detection Sensor, We want to know why all the find mac in rogue list is detected as ESMC Server Name ! As you can see in the attached screenshot 37 system is found but all of them is shown as Computer name "Same name as Computer Name of ESMC Server" in this situation we have not any "Add Computers" option in this list and when we right click in the list it is ESMC server right click. it means console Detect all the system as one computer. What is the problem ?
