Hi dears. It is about 3 days that we can not add any License in any account in my.eset.com License manager. The problem is in verifying owner ship. it send a request to customer care and customer care said that a non understandable email is revived our page will hang like the picture that is attached. When we refresh the page again request verifying owner ship will appear. We create a new account and new lic and the problem is the same. Best regards.

Hi dears. We Find that V7 All in one installer will install at Server Os with out any error. But in V6 it will not install endpoint version in Serves OS. It seems that it can not detect Server OS ! Also when installing Endpoint All-in-on 64 on 32 bit system the error is incorrect and it show that the system has a malware !!

Hi dears. In one of our projects agent V7 can not connect to V7 server with the error that is in the attached picture. We downgrade agent to V 6.5 then it connect to server but it not recognized installed AV and Agents as second picture. Wer try to clean install with Uninstaller in safe mode but same result.

Our Technical team find the conflict of HIPS of ESET and Kaspersky Ransomware free tool for business. So by removing Kaspersky Free Anti Ransomware tools the Freez problem solved. ? -
Yes You are right we recheck the case and find out that "Product Not installed" is because of V6 Agent and policies is applied in V6. Temporary Policy did not apply because of a network problem. But it seems that this status "Product not installed" in v6 Agent must be corrected in feature release of ESMC.

Thank you dear Macros for very quick reply , No The agent and Endpoint are V6. You mean when Server is V7 and client agent and endpoint is V6 , Policy must not apply in endpoint !? in this case they have more than 200 Clients in region that upgrading agent to V7 is not easy at this time. So we downgrade the console to V6. We believe than this is a bug in V7 and must be correct. Console V7 must support V6 Endpoint logically.

Dear @Marcos The ESET Log Collector and Dump File have been sent via Private Message. For more info according to our tests Freeze will occurred when HIPS is enable and even with disabled Advanced memory scanner and Exploit blocker , Self Defense and .. This problem is general and we see this case in more than 100 Cases in last 3 days. Enabling Advanced HIPS log did not help because no logs generated while freezing in logging of blocked operations. -

We send our Support professional to customer side to generate dump files. till now we find that the freez problem is because of HIPS and when google chrome or Outlook 2010 is opening the hang will occurred, I will Send you the logs and Dump files . Any Idea about HIPS Cause Freezing ? -
Hi dears, From yesterday over 10 Customers report that Their Winodows 7 freez when they are working with google Chorme and outlook 2010 When they Remove Endpoint Antivirus they will not freez . Most of cases are windows 7 32 Bit. The problem is the same in Version 6.5 and 7

Specially our File Security customers that latest version is 6.5 report this problem to us. And there is no newer version for them. Thank you.

Thank you but over 90% of our customers still using V6.5 and we can not force them to upgrade specially in large networks. We will waiting for solving ...

Hi dears , it is about 3 days that all our customers says that their antivirus create a update program module event every hour. the AV is updated but every time it show 1/1 update progress, Clear update catch did not solve problem and it is general in many of our customers with different networks. It must be a ESET update server problem.
