I see similar thing happening on windows 10 and Firefox. lately if I try to login to yahoo mail it blocks it, I have to close the browser and relaunch, disabling protection making work flawlessly.

I suggested that few years ago and apparently was on the list of to due options, but seems the idea died out.
Would be nice to have a way of clearing invalid, no longer existing entries in firewall like e.g. Outpost used to had and I thing Comodo does as well, I'm not sure of other security suites thou.
I just reinstalled my windows and got rid of some old apps and importing my settings rather then start from scratch makes very quick and easy migration and instead going through every entry and manually delete, suggested option would really make this easier process.

ATM. I don't have issues, but I only use for banking. Although, this was mentioned by you somewhere earlier...sorry, I'm not in support of making this mandatory integration without having the options for user to decide weather to use it or not. 🖐️

I for one want nothing to do with the Secure all browsers feature. If Eset decides in a future release to make the feature mandatory, it's "bye-bye" to Eset usage for me.
Late to discussion, but I have the exact same thought, If it becomes permanent thing...so long eset.

Although, occasional blank setup page is fixed with 0.24, I still get random small glitches with some quick blue flickering coming and quickly disappearing while bringing main GUI from tray do desktop, nothing intrusive, but might be worth mentioning😉

peteyt got a point, you might hear biased opinion, but if I can give you my $.05.
I have used # of different security software e.g. avast, Outpost, McAfee, Bitdefender and Norton as well and they are all good in their own way, nothing is bullet proof and perfect, but why I chose ESET? It’s by far the easiest on your system resources, its light and although my PC is powerhouse, still, I like to have least resources using security app running in the background.
ESET does exceptionally in detection rating and I love the firewall, it’s huge + for me as well, but again, I'm just another user who is giving you personal experience and reason for using ESET.

Thank you for providing earlier fix

I checked it internally with the technology teams, they encountered the issue before, fix is already prepared to should be available in the next released version.
Thank you for reporting it.

Thank you👍

I've had that on mine as well where GUI e.g. "Setup" and "Update" was empty, I think after reboot it went away.
Although, on occasions and randomly when I click on tray icon for the main GUI to come up, it comes up with little things like " License expired" in red at the bottom or other small things, they come and disappear quick, but it feels like there are small weirdness in delay of GUI.

Thank you itman and peteyt I think I found my answer.

I'm referring to firewall learning mode.
Thanks

Hello,
On fully configured with all necessary applications installed on Windows 7 and 10 what would be considered still "Safe time frame" for learning mode before switching back to Interactive.
My younger son who is very busy at University, also who is not much tech guy, so I suspect he would probably just allow anything that would pop on the screen. I would like to run learning mode for as long as possible to minimize that after all, at the same time still keep it safe.
I was trying to research that first, but I could only find vague answers and going to "learning Mode" settings by default the time frame is set to something like a month or so which I'm not sure if its safe or not.
Thank you

Thanks peteyt.
That was unthoughtful and DD of me, by the time I realized it, it was to late to edit or delete it.
I will report to admin to delete my thread 🤐

Hi,
Does anyone have positive experience with other Internet Security Suites but for whatever reason end up with ESET?
I was thinking of Trend Micro, must have firewall so Security Suite, have anyone used it in the past and can share overall unbiased opinion e.g. not only product itself but support.
Thanks

We didn't any issues on our backend. If the issue continues, please enable advanced licensing logging under Tools -> Diagnostics, reproduce the issue and then collect fresh logs with ESET Log Collector.
Thank you for reporting. I will keep you in loop.

Here is the log collector before i re-register again, hopefully this helps 🤨

I've created a ticket for investigation by developers. To me it looks like the hardware might have changed; the seatid from the time of first activation is different than the seatid from the second activation which should happen only if hardware is different. We'll see what developers will reply. Will keep you posted.
FYI. Its the same system and internals, the only thing that was changed which was 5-6 months ago was Strix 3090 GPU
Thank you

Installed the 16.1.13.0 over the old 16.20 using the download link you provided and so far works much smoother. Normally trying to login to yahoo mail would block me so I would have to close and reopen Firefox. Even then, once I would log out of yahoo mail, normally that should take me to Rogers/Yahoo news, but I end up with blank page and now with new 16.1.13.0 it opens up the news page. Overall seem a slightly snappier going through web pages.
When this will be final release?
Thank you
