ESET won't remov virus...

So i bought eset smart security yesterday and ran the first scan and it found 5 "threats". I assumed that it would remove those threats on its own, but today when i ran Another scan, it found the same 5 threats... I looked around a bit and i could'nt find any "remove threat" buttons.
 
I ha​ve ESET Smart Security 9 right now. A while back i had ESET Nod Antivirus32. I belive there was a "remove threat" button on antivirus32...
