Does the issue go away if you temporarily uninstall ESET Server Security and return as soon as you install the latest version with default settings? If so, we'll need a complete memory dump from the point when the system becomes unresponsive. I'd recommend raising a support ticket for assistance with further troubleshooting of the issue then.
