may008 0 Posted July 16 Share Posted July 16 Hello, I have a valid username and password, which I previously used to convert into a license key using the webpages https://home.eset.com/convert and https://eba.eset.com/LicenseConverter. Recently, I had to reinstall Windows and, unfortunately, lost the license number that was generated. Additionally, the aforementioned webpages no longer seem to be functioning. While it should work to activate also ESET NOD32 Antivirus, we'd recommend using Endpoint Antivirus instead. The license is registered to the email address of the Spanish distributor Ontinet. Please contact them with a request to register the license to your email address so that you can get your license email re-sent at any time by entering your registration email address in the form https://www.eset.com/int/support/lost-eset-subscription/. The activation screen looks differently: Since this license is registered to distributor's email address *@crm.protegerse.com, the only and best course of action will be contacting the distributor and asking him to register the license to your email address and send license information along with the license key to your email address.
