Previously using the other product, we had the ability to search all mailboxes for specific emails (i.e. phishing emails) and delete them from the user's mailbox. ECOS currently does not have this function, but we are planning to add it in the future. Since you have already used this before I would like to hear your feedback - what is your preferred way of searching for these emails? Was it by message id or sender, or subject? Previously, we were able to search by various criteria such as subject, keyword, sender, recipient, etc. This helped us when someone reported a phishing email to search for and retrieve similar emails from other email boxes and retrieve them before someone opens an email and clicks a link, etc. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
