We were told that ESET would be introducing cloud based Multi-Factor Authentication on or around July 24th (yesterday). Does anyone know if this cloud based solution has been deployed yet for ESET Protect Elite customers? Thanks!

Sorry for the delay in responding. Previously, we were able to search by various criteria such as subject, keyword, sender, recipient, etc. This helped us when someone reported a phishing email to search for and retrieve similar emails from other email boxes and retrieve them before someone opens an email and clicks a link, etc.

We are switching to ESET Cloud Office Security from another email security product. Previously using the other product, we had the ability to search all mailboxes for specific emails (i.e. phishing emails) and delete them from the user's mailbox. I'm curious if ESET Cloud Office Security has the ability to do anything similar. Thanks!
