No internet connectivity after uninstall on Mac

Hello. I had ESET Security installed on my laptop for a part time contract. I have now uninstalled ESET and cannot access the internet. I have checked the network on another computer and it's fine. It shows it's connected to WIFI but when I go to Chrome I get the dinosaur 'No Internet' warning. 

 

Can someone help troubeshoot?
