Policies are not applying

Recommended Posts

Hello community

I m recently new on Eset and I got a trial license to learn how Eset works.

I m trying to manage some computers through policies but It seems they are not working.

I have added a new static group where my computers reside and have added a policy on this folder.

But when I try to access these webpages they are visible on computers browsers.

I have also tried to block ICMP packets just for testing

Please provide logs collected with ESET Log Collector from the machine.

As for ping, it's allowed only in trusted networks by default. If you want to create a rule that would precede built-in rules, you'd need to enable display of the hidden default rules and put the custom rule towards the top.
