ESET Smart Security Premium, Couldn't deep scan into email files (internal scanning not performed)

Hi every one.

I have a ESET Smart Security Premium, Couldn't deep scan into email files (EMI).

While checking the file, this message appears.

Log:
file.eml » MIME - is OK (internal scanning not performed)

How do i get the ESET to do deep scan for this type of files.

 Note: the file content attachment (HTML file - Phishing)

You can enable scanning of email files in the on-demand scanner ThreatSense setup:

I forget enable this option 😅
