BLOCKING INTERNET FOR USERS

I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF THERE IS ANY KIND OF WILD CARDS THAT I CAN USE TO BLOCK INTERNET FOR USERS, I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO BLOCK SPECIFIC SITES BUT IS THERE A WAY TO BLOCK ALL EXCEPT 1 OR 2 SITES?

Well, there is an option for this in ESS or NOD32. You can enter the sites you want allow and check this box...

 

If you're asking about an buisness product from ESET I'm quite sure there is a way too.
