All agents stopped reporting in ESET PROTECT

Hello, we have some trouble. In our console we time per time see that client stop reporting(be connect) to our server. Now, one way to recover connection is restart server. 

I'm add screenshots from my client side when connection lost.

Can you help, please? Don't know where can be problem.

Was the agent peer certificate created with "*" in the Host field and CN contains "agent" ?

Was the server cert. created likewise? Do you have 1 server and 1 agent peer cert. in the list?
