eset mail security mailbox search doesn´t stop

Hello, 

how to stop this mailbox-search-procedure?

I pressed stop, the number counter doesn´t move forwarding.

Exchange 2013 / ESET Mail Security v8

Do you mean that you didn't run the mailbox scan and you want to prevent it from running? Did you check the Scheduler if you have a mailbox scan scheduled?

Hi, 

sorry I was unclear.

I wanted to scan one Mailbox and I selected one Mailbox and started the search.

The MS-Exchange seemed to freeze, because OWA, Exchange Powershell and Mailstore Archiving stopped.
MS-Exchange OWA/ECP/Mailstore are running again.

At the Moment all is fine I think, except that 

Mailbox Database Scan  progress-bar is moving and Pause/Stop doesn´t stop it.

I am afraid that it causes Problems.

I don´t have a Schedule for Mailbox Scan.

I would like to stop the progress bar (mailbox search) from moving, because I am afarid this process has consequences.
