How to set a policy for removable drives

I'd like to keep the local computer policy which is set to remove PUP but not on removable drives

Please elaborate more on the query. It is not possible to disable detection of potentially unsafe or unwanted applications separately for local and removable drives.

Yes wanted to have PUA PUP ignored for staff's own USB drives, but seems not possible
