Purchased license for Smart Security, never received the email with my key!

As the title says, I never received the email with my license. Moreover, when I try to contact ESET support via the form it's asking me to insert my License Public ID, but I just purchased it!

I have my Order number, shall I share it here? The purchase was made to the same email used on this forum account.

Yes I was charged, I got the thank you page and everything + the heads up that "if I don't receive an email within a couple of hours that I should contact support", but support is offline until Monday. I have the order number, shall I DM it?

No idea where I purchased it, I just went to the official ESET website and got it. Wasn't prompted with choices. I did select my country and region within the order form.
