When I deactivate the product via the Eset Protect console, the number of licenses does not decrease in the license management. So, if I have 420 licenses and deactivate the product, the number always remains 420. How can I properly deactivate the product to free up my license or how can I "make" the Eset Protect console scan all computers. I have 385 computers and purchased 420 licenses. All licenses were used, but the number of computers decreased, so technically the licenses should have been released

Please open a support ticket since further investigation and possibly synchronization of license data will be needed.
