Activation error

I bought a new licence in HK (my home country) then install it in Germany (where I work).  There is an error code of Act. 33.

I have already uninstalled my previous version of NOD security.  What should I do?

You can contact the license seller in Hong Kong and ask if it's possible to transfer your license to ESET DE. Probably it won't be possible.
