Bayron 0 Posted August 29, 2022 Share Posted August 29, 2022 Since about a week I cannot update eset. This is on multiple computers. License is valid. Modules update failed. Error creating file. 1) I checked the proxy and set it to none. 2) I cleared the update cache. 3) I uninstalled the program completely and reïnstalled. Reentered the key which activated without problems. 4) Rebooted my router at home. Windows 10 fully updated. Can this please be fixed, I think it is related to the last update. Please carry on as follows: Enable advanced logging under Help and support -> Technical support Start logging with Procmon Run update to reproduce the issue Stop logging Save the Procmon log and compress it.
