Upgrade to ver.9.xx problems

i have an on prem ESET Protect server with 300 client it was functioning perfectly till i upgraded it to version 9 we started facing the following problems :

1- static group stoped syncing 

2- some client could see the new activation key 

does any one have the same issues or hav a solution ?

1, Endpoints should not have any effect on static group syncing which is performed by the ESET PROTECT server itself.

2, How did you upgade the clients? If they were auto updated, the existing license is preserved. Also if you send a software installation task and do not select a license, deactivation and re-activation is not performed either.
