I renewed license but ESET continues to tell me my license is about to expire.

I renewed license key and submitted all data on ESET renewal page, but ESET continues to tell me my license is about to expire.  (See License key below)

I see that the license is valid until 05/19/2025. Could you please post a screenshot of the license expiration notice?
