Cannot connect to licensing server

Guest Notabot


I have an issue with deactivating a product in the ESET PROTECT console. Whenever I try to deactivate a product on a device I get an error message -failed to deactivate. Failed to connect to the licensing server.

Does anyone know what could be causing this error?
