I want to stop scanning but I don't remember the password

Hi, I need your help please

I am trying to change configurations in ESET ENDPOINT ANTIVIRUS, I need to stop scanning that is slowing down the computer and I can't work

while trying to pause the scanning it requires me to enter a password which I don't remember.

There is no option / button to recover password.

What I can do?
