Is my site infected?

I do not own this software nor do I plan on it but I do manage a website that we have received a report for a virus.

The report is a JS/Agent.OZD

I need some help here to determine if this is real and if so I need more information on how to track down the file.

I really would rather avoid adding software to my computer that I do not plan on keeping so I do not really want to install this so if someone can verify this for me I would really appreciate it.
