Dual Sim And Rooted

Is there any will to make ESET Mobile Security available for DUAL SIM android phones? 

I use the phone as dual sim - most of time one SIM card is only active. 

 

I face the question about buing the licence, but I found, that Anti Theft function doesn't work with dual sim. Can it be solved somehow?

 

And what about rooted phone? Why it is also unsupported?

Unfortunately dual SIM mobiles cannot be supported by Anti-theft as there's no unified API and each vendor has it implemented differently.

As for rooted phones, there should be no problems but we don't guarantee that EMS will work correctly under any circumstances as permissions are not controlled then.
