Cant connect to my.eset to manage my subscription

Support in Brazil dosen't work. The phone in the site and the function to chat live dosen't connect. I am trying to connect to ESET Home to manage my subscription (because I changed computer) and I need to finish the setup of the antivirus in my new computer. I am not able to connect. It stays forever in a loading page with only 3 dots after the login. Need help.

Are you unable to open my.eset.com? Are you able to log in but then the website doesn't load?

Please check your system date and time and make sure it's set correctly.

Your distributor's e-shop should be accessible even without logging to my.eset.com so if you need to manage your subscription, you should be able to do it directly there.
