I am trying to connect to ESET Home to manage my subscription (because I changed computer) and I need to finish the setup of the antivirus in my new computer. I am not able to connect. Please check your system date and time and make sure it's set correctly. Your distributor's e-shop should be accessible even without logging to my.eset.com so if you need to manage your subscription, you should be able to do it directly there.
