Context menu

In my old version of NOD32 I used to have a single NOD32 menu entry when right-clicking on files and folders. In later versions there are now two top level menus added.

Is there an option to only show the scan menu (and not the advanced options menu) or an option to 'cascade' the menu so that all menus are listed as sub-menus under a single top level menu?

So far the only option that I have been able to find under "Advanced setup" is a toggle switch to turn the entire menu off (which is not very "advanced" if you ask me).

No, it's not possible to edit the appearance of the context menu. This option was removed years ago.
