Microsoft Oulook - will not load my Sky.com account

Some time ago my Sky.com Outlook account refused to load and an ESET techy advised that there was a conflict.  He kindly advised me of the work-around, which worked perfectly.  Once again the Sky.com Outlook account refuses to work and I suspect I need the same work-around again.

 

Has anuone any idea how to rectify this?

Since this is not a quick question thag rhis forum is indended for, please sign up and re-post in the appropriate product forum. Also provide logs collected with ESET Log Collector and let us know if disabling protocol filtering or integration with MS Outlook makes a difference.
