remove hp deep instinct software

This software conflicts with nod32 and is somekind of antivirus delivered with Hp notebooks.

The services and registry is protected. Uninstalling hp security manager and hp sure is not enough

I managed to deinstall it. After reboot i have the problem that a install package of the latest antivirus with agent reports that there is anti malware activity (while eset 7.32.039 is running without problem) and stops installing.

To be correct here, you are  referring to HP Sure Sense which is using Deep Instinct's AI technology. Based on what is posted below, it appears Sure Sense has UEFI  and possible chip hardware based components. As such, it is not just the matter of installing its OS based software components:

Here's HP's whitepaper on Sure Sense: https://h20195.www2.hp.com/v2/GetDocument.aspx?docname=4AA7-6875ENW . I can see how this could definitely intefere with Eset Endpoint processing.

According to Sure Sense User Guide: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06379792 , it can be uninstalled via normal Windows uninstall methods. I am still skeptical that there is not a UEFI component to it.

I managed to install the latest antivirus. The package contained an older agent than was already on the computer.

With the new agent in the package there was no problem anymore.

The deep instinct services were left running.

In the sub-directory of hp sure were all the deepinstinct files are, there is a textfile with a undelete command.
