I can't connect with agent.

Hello,

I installed eset security management center on virtualbox.I see server on main panel, but i have problem with other computers.

Created installer with agent and installed on my pc but he don't show on computers list.In status overview is located Rogue computers found: 28 together with pc, on which is agent.

I tried installed agent on two other pc, but still not connected to ESMC.I need help.

Are you able to ping "ESMC" from the client? If not, it might be an issue with DNS that the hostname doesn't resolve.

It's weird.I cant able to ping but i have access to ESMC through adress IP.

You can re-deploy agent with P_HOSTNAME set to the IP address of the ESMC server. Edit the agent live installer ESMCAgentInstaller.bat and enter the IP address on the line commencing with "echo.P_HOSTNAME=".

This assumes that the peer server certificate contains the IP address of the ESMC server or * in the CN.
