testloser 0 Posted August 11, 2020 Share Posted August 11, 2020 Hi everyone, I have follow the guild line [kb6741] using the Server Task->Agent deployment try to upgrade the Management Agent. The task result shows that the process is finished and Task finished successfully. However nothing change or upgrade on the client PC. Both Server and Client PC using Proxy server connect to the internet . I have test on the Client PC and Server both can connect to the ESET repository.(hxxp://repository.eset.com/v1/info.meta) The product version are listed here: Server ESET Security Management Center (Server), Version 7.2 (7.2.1266.0) ESET Security Management Center (Web Console), Version 7.2 (7.2.221.0) Client PC Windows 7 Pro x64 ESET Endpoint Antivirus 7.3.2039.0 ESET Management Agent 7.1.717.0 Agent targeted upgrade version 7.2.1266.0 Proxy Apache HTTP Proxy 2.4.43 Please remind me if I had miss anything. Using Client Task->Task Category[ESMC]&Task[Security Management Center components upgrade] but the result are mostly the same. console showing that Last progress status is : Finished Last progress description is: Task finished successfully . I have check the agent status page which local at clinet pc C:\ProgramData\ESET\RemoteAdministrator\Agent\EraAgentApplicationData\Logs Product 2020-Aug-11 04:04:52 Product install configuration: Product type: Agent Product version: 7.1.717.0 Product locale: en_US Please let me know if you have any idea to upgrade agent.
