Haru 0 Posted August 8, 2020 Share Posted August 8, 2020 Hello. I also have that issue but slightly different. The Object Scanned remains 1478 from the beginning of the scan process. At the 12th minute, it's still the same, also at 36th minute. I don't know but that seems the computer scan can take forever to finish. This is not the first scan though.
