https://eba.eset.com/ba/devices reports "Cannot deactivate" one of my licences

Having updated ESET on one of my firm's computers, I found it had created an extra entry in https://eba.eset.com/ba/devices

This is normally no big deal, I can normally delete the old entries.  But this time it wouldn't let me.

I imagine it is related to the fact that this licence is part of a group of licences.  I have no idea why it is part of a group; it just is.  See attached screen grab.

Anyone know how to solve this issue?

Please raise a support ticket with ESET UK since I was unable to find a license registered to your forum email.
