BermudaMohawk 0 Posted May 2, 2018 Posted May 2, 2018 in the manufacturing department, internet access is restricted. some of these clients are not updating their virus signature databases, even after forcing update from Remote Admin Console. the suspicion is that the client is requesting updates from the internet, not the local server. How can I ensure that these clients are getting updates locally, not from external sources?

Does the update server in the advanced update setup point to the mirror? Do you distribute the mirror content via HTTP or a share? Do you get an error if you try to update a client manually?
