High Memory usage

Eset Era (or probably mdm) has out of the blue started consuming huge amounts of memory.

Nothing has really changed on the server recently other than updates when required.

I'm not really sure where to start looking to find the cause of this. I've attached a screenshot of taskmgr showing the processes running. Could anyone shed any light on this or give me an idea of where to start looking?
