Google Drive File Stream

When performing a complete scan from Cybersecurity Pro, it takes an absolute age as it appears that Google has to download each file so that ESET can scan it.  I don't particularly want to set an exclusion list for this (in comparison, BitDefender seems to handle the GDFS just fine), so is there any chance that this could be looked into to improve performance?

I'm afraid there's no way to work around it than by using exclusions.
