I am having issues when I try to start up Outlook. It keeps sitting on the Loading Add-ins Eset Outlook Add-In screen and will go no further. Doesn't happen every time but enough to be extremely annoying.  I normally have to shut it down and keep trying over and again until it finally loads.  Is there anything I can do to fix this?

I currently have Eset, Icloud, Onenote and microsoft sharepoint Server colleague import add-in. 

The Eset one shows as being the slowest under Add-in issues
