  1. I think I have this issue as well. How do i determine? I have the "Regular automatic update" checked in the scheduler. ESET will check for update every 60 minutes. I went to the update tab and checked for the last check for updates. It showed 9:41:26 pm. 5 minutes just before the next check for update, which shall be executed at 10:41:26 pm, I purposely opened a power point presentation slide and pressed F5 to enable fullscreen mode, i waited until 10:45 pm and exit the fullscreen mode of the power point presentation. I went to check the last check for updates, it showed the update was checked at 10:41:26 pm instead of 10:45 pm. My current EIS version is 11.0.149.
  2. Can any Eset personnel tell us whether the action center is giving false alarm and we are still protected from virus, or the Eset virus protection has been disabled?
  3. I just checked all of my three browsers: Chrome, IE and Firefox, they all have the ESET certificate imported. And to stackz, do you mean that the secured browser will only pop up when i log in my bank account but not when the URL is entered in the address bar?
  4. I have an URL saved in protected websites under banking & payment protection and have it set to open in secured browser. When I typed the saved website in Chrome (Version 46.0.2490.80m), it opened as normal browser instead of secured browser. The same thing happened when I typed in IE 11 (Version 11.0.9600.18053). However, it works fine in Firefox. The secured browser which is my default browser (Chrome) pops up when the URL is entered. Any idea what is going on?
  5. Hi, I am getting this error " proxy server requires authentication" whenever i try to update my ESS 9. I have set the correct username and password in proxy server setting under advance setting -> tools. It was working fine in ESS 8. Any solution?
