Create new user, can login but suddenly logout
Reset user password, can login then suddenly logout

Every version have different string in registry, and i use this command to know the right string.

We use Eset smart security premium but can use password manager, it say Expired License

But our license active until Jul 2021. Disable then enable pass manager or uninstall then reinstall smart security still password manager not working.

I want to know hot to uninstall kaspersky endpoint v.11 from esmc
For kaspersky endpoint v.10 i can remove it via eset av-remover with eset deployment tool or client task (software uninstall) from Esmc console

But version 11 dosnt work, acording to this article it can remove from command-line. https://help.kaspersky.com/KESWin/11/en-US/123471.htm

I try run command this line from esmc "msiexec.exe /x {E7012AFE-DB97-4B8B-9513-E98C0C3AACE3} /qn" but doesnt work

Try execute command locally doesnt work too

Anyone have experience about remote uninstall kasperksy endpoint 11?

We use eset endpoint security 7. in recent days somethimes we have experience with send/receive error in outlook 2010
Try to disable integration mail client, disable web access protection but still have same problem
Ping to mail server, telnet pop and smtp server port is normal.

Then, we try uninstall eset endpoint in several computer, then send and receive working normally

can you guys help us with this case

We have windows server with eset file security v 7 installed and updated. in notification always detect trojan.
Real-time file system protection    file    C:\Windows\system32\srv64    Win64/Vools.F trojan    cleaned by deleting    NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM    Event occurred on a new file created by the application: C:\Windows\System32\lsass.exe

Scan with in dept scan mode, reboot server. but Eset always detect this kind trojan

Anyone have idea why we always failed to download all in one intaller.

Sometimes its says: internal server error

Sometime it can download, but installer corrupted and cannot be use. We try use proxy or without proxy but still have this problem.

In Agent policy we turn off Report if operating system is not up-to-date
In Endpoint policy Notify about microsoft windows system update set to No updates

But in Era there is still alert about windows updates avalaible.

Anyone know how to turn of this alert?

Add new IP address on the top
Add old IP address bellow

Save It and apply fo all group
