Would it be possible for you to try installing Thunderbird and downloading email via it to confirm or deny that the issue is related only to Windows 10 Mail app ? Thunderbird worked without problems, Windows 10 mail app works when I disable eset protection

Apps updates freezes on 0.0 MB and mail app not refreshing. Why this problem related to eset smart security? Because the updates and mail app worked without problems after I uninstalled Eset. I'm using lastest Eset Version btw.
