Hello, I'm attempting to download a java file using the IE browser, however after 16–17% of the download, an error message stating "download interrupted" appears. I verified that it works well after turning off Real-time Protection. So what might be the problem? and where can I put that in exception if I need to put the downloading URL in exception?

ESET PROTECT VERSION 9.0 Eset endpoint version is 9.0.2046.0 problem is only with incorrect logged user, please see in photo i pasted above Logged user: D:\ its USB drive. And my question is why its showing USB drive in logged user instead of user name who logged in on the system.

Hi Marcos, above mentioned ports are listed in HTTPD Conf. file. but still its showing alerts " ESET Push Notification server cannot be reached" on web console. port 8883 and 443 also allowed on firewall.

Actually we run scanner after every 15 days, we dn't want to enable or disable NAP manually every time.

Hi, we have Vulnerability scanner installed on a system where ESET endpoint antivirus also installed, but when we run the scan lot of detections appeared in Detection tab and it sent Network attack Alert notification. so my question is can we add the scanner system as an exception in this detection rule??
